My name is Laurie Snyder, and I'm a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Kansas, as well as a certified home stager and proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). With over 15 years of experience in staging and design, I've helped countless sellers achieve quick sales and maximize profits, while also working with buyers to transform their new homes into spaces that perfectly reflect their vision.
In addition to home staging, I’ve unexpectedly become a holiday designer for many of my past clients, bringing festive cheer to large car dealerships, hotels, and private homes. Whether it's a cozy holiday setting or an elevated year-round design, I love helping my clients create beautiful spaces that warmly welcome family, friends, and clients alike.

We’re the Snyder family—Brent, Laurie, and our five amazing (and sometimes delightfully chaotic) kids! Our oldest is in college while working as a licensed A&P mechanic for a major airline, and our second is also in college, studying to become a lineman. Then there are our two middle schoolers, and rounding things out is our spunky 3rd-grade daughter.
Home life wouldn’t be complete without our three furry sidekicks—a German Shepherd, a Black Lab, and a mini-longhaired dachshund who’s sure she runs the show. When we’re not wrangling kids or pets, we’re off exploring in our motorhome, hiking through national parks, or hitting the slopes on skis and snowboards. And since food is basically our hobby, we have a family challenge to try a new restaurant each month, working through the alphabet—this month, we’re on “H” (so if you’ve got recommendations, we’re all ears).

I'm Brent Snyder, a NACHI Certified Home Inspector with over 20 years of experience working on homes in various capacities. My background includes not only a deep understanding of home systems and structures but also a dedication to educating others, which I honed during my years as a public school teacher and middle school principal.
As a home inspector, my goal is to ensure that buyers and sellers are fully informed about the property in question. I work with buyers to identify potential issues with their future home, helping them make informed decisions. For sellers, I offer pre-listing inspections that identify any potential issues that could complicate or delay a sale, helping to avoid unexpected costs and ensuring a smoother process.
In partnership with my wife Laurie, a certified home stager and designer, I bring expertise in home systems, codes, and regulations to our design projects. Together, we strive to deliver quality, safety, and style to each home we work on, ensuring our clients’ spaces are both beautiful and built to last.
